We have had the experience to lead campaigns in 21 different languages covering a multitude of various projects, being able to overcome specific local issues when they have arisen and still delivered the results our Customers have demanded through professional hard work.
Currently we are looking for Business Development Specialist with Slovak language.
Scope of responsibilities:
- outbound calls to generate and qualify new sales opportunities for our Clients worldwide
- build and maintain strong internal relationship with customers
- daily contact and internal management of a designated group of customers
- ensuring commercial objectives are met
- liaising with internal customers
- achieving individual call volume and appointment setting or lead targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- capability of dealing with customer sales enquiries in a friendly, responsive and efficient manner
- promoting the Company products added values

Ideal candidate:
- knowledge of sales methods and experience in Customer Service, preferably business-to-business telesales (not required)
- language level of Slovak native speaker required
- knowledge of IT infrastructure
- focus on achieving individual goals
- good problem solving and negotiation skills, with an ability to effectively communicate with a variety of people
- good computer skills and keen to learn
- be results driven with a positive „can do“ attitude.
